We are about to file N400 online every thing is done but I just noticed in download PDF file to recheck that:

Part 12 Additional Information About You;

Question 13 (A, B and C) are not check box (It's empty), and I went back on my N400 online application it's not appear for "Yes"/"No" any more!

Please advice?

N-400 Timeline so far. Today my window opened for early filing! I submitted my application N-400, received NOA (2 minutes after submitting) then 5 minutes later received another NOA that they would reuse biometrics and case updated to being actively reviewed. Has anyone else had this experience?

That was quick!! All the best

I haven't started my application yet so not sure what options are there and why it shows empty in pdf. Maybe you want to login later and again check unless someone can advise.

It will show some questions as empty because the above question is yes/no and if you answer no it does not require you to answer the other ones so it shows up as blank. Do not worry about that, my application also had the same thing

Thanks all!

I got it, when you have Date of Birth on or before 1945, this question will appear (Part 12 Additional Information About You, Question 13 (A, B C) - Germany Gov and Nazi Affiliation), other wise it's not!

Regards!

Hello everyone! For those who are applying online and are eligible under the 3-year rule: are you going to mention ALL places of residence for the past 5 years or just the past 3?

I know it's a hot topic, but I wasn't able to find a definite right answer to this question. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for starting this forum! I think it is exactly what we all need!!

My background:
I just received my RFIE letter requesting me to respond to USCIS with a date and location for my I-751 interview since I'm a military spouse overseas. I have to respond before June 7th, and on June 20th my N-400 window opens up.

I think I will respond a week or 2 just before June 7th, that way I'll send off my N-400 application on the same month and they can merge the two applications together!

How long is the waiting game for a N-400 with an I-751 pending?

Good to see you here again my friend.

I'm putting 5 years for everything but the time outside the U.S., for which I'll obviously only put 3 years (came on a CR1 visa). Can't hurt.

Good to see you too Abies! I was just thinking about you the other day, and all of the folks we stressed about our CR1 process together 😅 Luckily my ROC process was easy without an interview, now getting ready to submit my N400 packet. I assume you’re getting ready for that as well, we’re almost at the finish line ☺️
