June 1st filer here received letter with receipt number. This is my second application applied in 2018 got denied in 2019. Had a very rude bad officer, I did not petition but decided to consult with an attorney I was denied based off a 5 year rule n I had an expunged record but in actuality I qualified for a 3 years since I am still married and been married for 9 years. So I reapplied

My eligibility opens today, June 13. Should I file it now on a weekend or you guys think it will be better to do it on weekdays?

My green card was issued 9/11

No harm waiting until tomorrow. Just to make sure the application falls within the 90 day window. During my interview, the AO checked how many days (89) I had applied before my anniversary.

I am joining this group. I intend to file middle of the month under the 5 year rule. My questions are

1. Why am I being asked information about my spouse previous marriage? I dont have any documents in regards and I and my spouse are currently living separately due to DV. Am I just supposed to skip this part. I cant even put N/A  because it won't let me add the slash.

2.Am I supposed to upload all my 5 years tax transcripts or just the front pages. It will be close to 25 pages in all.

Filed n-400 online on May 28, 2021. Received NOA and biometric reuse notice immediately. Received an update on June 14, 2021 that the interview has been scheduled for July 19, 2021. Local center is San Antonio, TX. I didnt expect this to take only 6 weeks from application to interview. Posting it here because my file date was so close to June.

Does anyone know if San Antonio does oath ceremony (and the certificate) on the same day as the interview? Or will I have to travel again?

Thanks.

Hello everyone, just filed N-400. I-751 was approved last week and the window opened on Monday. Almost immediately after filling, we received a notice that application was received online followed by another notice that biometrics will be reapplied.

Just one thing that concerns me is that when filling the foreign address, we used the second line and after submitting the application we noticed that it puts in in the apt/street number section which does not have enough space. So it shows partially... Hopefully it is not a big deal...

June 19th Filer here.

Filed online under the 3 year green card rule married to US spouse. I forgot about the 90 day window to apply early and applied after my GC anniversary date (June 2).

I got an instant receipt but no mention of bio-metric re-use, perhaps it's been so long since my last one (AOS)?

so my case which i file a couple of days ago says "my case is actively being reviewed..." Reading the thread from a few days ago, a couple of other filers have seen the same status....Does that actually mean something in terms of the speed of the process or its just a generic message everybody sees...?
