This forum is to start early discussion around N-400 for June 2021 filers and to be in touch with other filers to learn about progress and any new updates.

When exactly are you filing for N400? I started gathering the documents needed.

So far i only have the birth certificate/passport of my spouse, copy of my green card, marriage certificate, and the 2018-2020 tax transcripts.

I will be filing it online as well, all the best to you 👍🏻

As long as file size is 6MB and less there shouldn’t be any problem. Can you please be more specific to what problems you are talking about?

Yeah in 2020 Filer threads people have complained about saved files disappearing especially if you review your submission multiple times.

sombody suggested to just upload all files at once rather than adhoc over multiple days and sessions.

Thank you for starting this forum! I think it is exactly what we all need!!

My background:
I just received my RFIE letter requesting me to respond to USCIS with a date and location for my I-751 interview since I'm a military spouse overseas. I have to respond before June 7th, and on June 20th my N-400 window opens up.

I think I will respond a week or 2 just before June 7th, that way I'll send off my N-400 application on the same month and they can merge the two applications together!

How long is the waiting game for a N-400 with an I-751 pending?

MY JOURNEY INTO GETTING A FIRST-TIME GREEN CARD, RENEWING A GREEN CARD, AND OBTAINING U.S. CITIZENSHIP:

Your welcome! It is always good to be proactive 🙂

Wait time for N-400 w/ I-751 pending is around 9-13 months after N-400 application is filed (stats keep changing). I have seen one case (military spouse) who filed for N-400 in Jan'21 w/ I-751 pending and within 2 weeks N-400 interview was scheduled.
