Hi, Is this enough Time Spent together? CR1 Waiting on Interview. 

Please Tell me what you think?

1st Visit: 10 Days (Petitioner Country)

2nd Visit: 7 Days (Married) Beneficiary Country 

3rd Visit: 10 Days (Beneficiary Country)

4th Visit: 22 Days (Petitioner Country)

5th Visit: 3 Days For 1st Anniversary (Petitioner Country) 

Booked Flight for one Month Vacation with Petitioner Cancelled due to COVID-19.

"Face time" is never a negative factor; the more, the better.

No one can say how much is "enough" to satisfy a CO.

Have plenty of evidence of a bona fide relationship to show.

 

The petitioner's presence on or near the consular premises during the visa interview is a plus.

  1) It provides emotional support for the beneficiary.

  2) It enables the CO to get answers to questions, rather than having to issue a 221g with return visit.

The Embassy in the Beneficiary Country issued a statement advising all US citizens to not Visit the Country because of rising COVID-19 cases, But I can handle the CO on my Own, any questions I can answer. I just want to know if the time spent is enough

It's a good number of visits for decent lengths of time, but again, who knows...

 

Before the interview, it won't hurt to send an e-mail to the consulate with the beneficiary's A number in the title, saying that your one-month trip and intended presence at the interview were precluded by the coronavirus.
