F1 deported 5 years, Green card marrying

Hello,
This is my friend concern:
I was wondering if a F1 student deported for 5 years, marry a green card holder or US citizen, will the reentry process becomes much easier?
ANd if he apply for visa through fiance after 5 years, what's the process?

There is no fiancé visa for a greencard holder. First your friend should find someone to marry- WHether it’s a greencard holder, a US citizen or someone from their country... and then come back here to figure the process out because right now with the info you provided it sounds like your friend is greencard shopping ...

Marriage alone confers no immigration rights or rights to enter the US.  In some cases, marriage to a US citizen or LPR can make entering the US more difficult since it is considered a strong tie to the US.  The presumption of immigrant intent would be a hurdle to overcome.

It's so interesting that you friend has the exact same problem that you have.  Good luck tricking the US Embassy/Consulate.

Maybe it's time to accept the consequences of your actions. 

 

You violated the rules of your F1 status and already spent more than a year trying to find a way back into the country. You mentioned that the family finances are not great, so you can't afford lawyer fees. Your chances of getting back into the US are very slim. Just finish your studies at home and forget about the US for now. Who knows what opportunities may arise in the future.

No no, he said that that's his girlfriend and have been in relation for few years. so, it's nothing like fraud.

i was looking for someone who has similar case like me so that we can figure out by each others help and found him, and he was having this question so. And btw he isn't tricking, it's just that he is looking if his girldfriends status could ease his situation.
