I guess we wait and see. I am sincerely keeping my fingers crossed that the exemptions apply to the majority of people in this thread who are anxiously awaiting more news. Anything until the official EO is signed is just speculation.

No, because by January 30, there were no reports of any interview waivers. It was still very much "everyone adjusting from within the US gets an interview, as per the change in 2017 etc."  The waivers have been reported in the past few weeks, most notably by @Sarge2155 and one other VJ member whose name escapes me now.  Also there have been some unconfirmed reports on FB apparently.

Immediately for 60 days.  That is, tomorrow when he signs it.

So, who are "nuclear family" members?

I'm wondering this too. My mother is the one who issued the request for me and I'm over 21, so I'm heart-in-hand wondering if I'm going to be able to make it, either way I was going to the US embassy tomorrow to see if they could reissue the visa (not extend) due to these circumstances, apparently it's a $325 fee, though I don't know if they will be able to do it before it expires.

 

 

I was also wondering if the information is confirmed for the exceptions.
