  1. I personally know an applicant with a CR1 that has had his appointment rescheduled recently. His appointment had been canceled, so my guess is that they’re scheduling appointments in order and yours should be next.
  2. Please let us know if you’re able to obtain any results. I’ve already applied for an emergency appointment and I’ve been told they couldn’t assist me because of the Schengen ban. They said they are committed to processing K1s as soon as possible when the ban is lifted, however they have no idea when that will happen. I was hoping the ban could be lifted in July, Europe is doing very well and I don’t see why it should be kept in place.
  3. The consulate in Naples is rescheduling appointments for those with the spousal. I wouldn’t leave now, because they could send you an email with an appointment while you’re there. I would definitely wait.
  4. Italy has given appointments for those with a spousal as well for the end of July.
  5. I need to be on my fiancé’s orders as he will leave for an extended period of time. There are other reasons as well, everything has been documented and I have a letter from his superior as well.
  6. Okay, thank you for the insight. I want to specify that this was suggested by the Consulate in regards to my case, and therefore I thought I would try. They indeed told me that they cannot guarantee another Embassy or Consulate will accept my case, but considering the emergency it may be possible. I decided to give it a try and will see what they tell me. I will definitely post an update!
  7. Exactly, I figured I would try as it definitely doesn’t hurt! I’m keeping my expectations low, but hoping for the best!
  8. I have asked an Embassy that is outside the Schengen area and explained my situation, and I will post what they will tell me. I’m praying for some good news!
  9. I understand, thank you. The reason why I’m asking is because I need to get an expedite appointment for military reasons but my Consulate said they cannot assist me because of the Schengen travel ban. Transferring could be an option, eventually. I wonder if it’s possible.
  10. I tried to be looking for this information but I couldn’t find what I specifically need to know. Is it necessary to be a resident or a citizen of the Embassy’s country to get an interview there? I’m a European citizen, could i request to have an interview in another Embassy that is not part of the Schengen area but always in the European zone? Thank you so much in advance!
  11. I did say it as many people with the spousal were saying how they were not okay with fiancés being considered immediate family members, and it seemed to be going beyond the merely legal aspect of it. It’s simply my opinion though, I appreciate those who were able to answer in a constructive way.
  12. I wasn’t being verbally aggressive in any way, simply expressing my opinion as everyone did. In certain posts i was told incorrect things, and you can easily read it, and I replied. And of course, many people were being negative. Obviously if I’m told something, I will reply, exactly as everyone did. I’m not sure why you believe I owe any apologies, i didn’t insult anyone and I don’t understand where you see any insults, please show me if you’re that convinced about what you said. Considering how most people were being extremely critic, but as soon as I tried to correct the petition that had been created no one had anything to say about it anymore, that shows quite a lot, honestly.
  13. The petition was corrected by me and the OP, we tried to send the correct version and I’m actually still hoping someone will express their opinion about it, but honestly I believe it won’t happen. It was a try anyway and definitely better than nothing.
  14. Actually some routine spousal visas are being scheduled, but in my case for example the Embassy told me I could’ve gotten an expedite, but unfortunately they cannot issue visas because of the ban, if it makes sense.
