Comments : Although I was told at the interview that my visa was approved and I did receive an approval slip, my petition is actually undergoing administrative processing.

It was explained to me at the interview that it would take some days to stamp my passport because the petition had not yet arrived at the Consulate via the PIMS system. Hopefully this won't take too long, but unfortunately it could if the petition was not forwarded by the DOS to the KCC.

Comments : I was unable to attend my biometrics appointment scheduled for 04/02, due to the coronavirus closings. Nevertheless, my card is being produced on on 04/29. An expedite was not necessary (given that the process was quite quick, but also I did not yet have a new employment letter, which would be needed in order to request the expedite.)

Embassy Review : I hadn't seen any cases online before so I was relieved. But my case is undergoing administrative review. They kept my passport and explained my case had not yet been received via the pims system.

I did not rate this very poor. I didn't rate it at all and it went down as zero stars by default. Appears I can't change it

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
