i think if you started with a non immigrant visa, it will continue to show up until you become a usc imo

My wife's does not, and she entered with an NIV.

Welp....that's CBP for you. Inconsistent to the core.

That only applies for non-immigrants. USCs and LPRs do not get an I-94.

Not always.

My I-94 still had a record of my arrivals/departures after I became an LPR. This  is how my days out of the country were calculated -  used I-94. And downloaded the form to support my N-400 as well.

Not necessarily, while some may due to who know what thing in the system. I can only see the travel history before I became an LPR. My around 8 international trips during GC period are nowhere to be found in that link.

I'm not doubting it works to see your history for some. Thanks for the heads up.

...it's just not supposed to, even by their own claims. 🤦‍♂️

For clarity, USCs and LPR are not issued an I-94. Regardless of what shows up in their tool, it's not an actual I-94. It is an arrival/departure history that is displayed.

The i94 link does work for me (LPR) for all dates since I became an LPR, though, some are missing.

This is strange bc it never tracked it for me prior to being an LPR (likely bc I’m Canadian).

Well, at the minimum this thread has made me create a spreadsheet for departures and arrivals to keep track of my wife's days out of the country. She just became an LPR 2/5/2020. So, OP, thanks for bringing it up.

I'm interested though, I'm going to watch her I94 record and see if it still tracks her. It had all 3 of our trips before she was an LPR, and the IO at the AOS interview definitely had access to it.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

Hello

I am a green card holder and due to my business I have to travel a lot outside the states

I am considering filing for N400, before that I want to make sure that I meet the minimum USA stay criteria

How can I know how many days I stayed inside USA before filing for N400? Are there any links or so?

Stupid question but maybe I missed something. Your passport doesn't show entry and exit stamps?

Good plan .. I keep a record each time I travel .. in and out 4-5 times each year. It would be a struggle to try to get the dates in order after 5 years !

I can't even remember the last time my passport was stamped upon re-entering the USA - it's been a long time....but yes you can work it out approximately by looking at the entry/exit stamps from the overseas country
