N400 How to know how many days I stayed in USA

Hello

 

I am a green card holder and due to my business I have to travel a lot outside the states

 

I am considering filing for N400, before that I want to make sure that I meet the minimum USA stay criteria 

 

How can I know how many days I stayed inside USA before filing for N400? Are there any links or so?

You should have been keeping accurate  records of your travels out of the US. If you didn’t, then you will need to reconstruct that history using whatever records you can .. travel itineraries , plane tickets, credit card records etc

USCIS can likely see and tabulate it themselves. At the same time, they will not do the work for you. You have to demonstrate eligibility for the benefit.

Time to go through your passport(s), emails, receipts, etc. to reconstruct your travel history.

I believe the online form has a calculator in it, but you need to provide the dates.

You can research your departure/arrivals over the past five years on this website.

That only applies for non-immigrants. USCs and LPRs do not get an I-94.

At my interview I wasn't 100% sure on the dates and the officer just pulled out all my previous trips, he was very cool with it even if I over stayed my number of days allowed outside the us (for very good reasons of course)


Don't confuse my personality with my attitude....My personality is who I am, my attitude depends on who you are...
