Is there a timeline / estimation of how long it takes from NVC approving to the UK embassy setting up appointments?

Also, do I need a DS160 for my interview, I did last time I went for my Fiancé visa.

Kind regards. Matt

I would check out the UK regional forum and other people from UK's timelines

You'll bring a printout of the DS260 confirmation page, there's no DS160 as that's only for nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas use DS260

Has anyone ever had a similar case where he/she and their US citizens spouse got married in the US then the non US citizens left the US. My question is if you are married in the US with a tourist visa and leave the US to your country, how long does it take for the filing process !!!

Yes, we did. Doesn't affect processing time, it is the same

If the petitioner has been married earlier, does he/she need to upload a divorce decree at NVC? We have already submitted it to USCIS with the I-130>

Yes, you have to upload it as an additional document under the civil documents tab

I think you could still take it to the interview, and just explain to the CO that your husband's tax person made the mistake and in the process of amending it and it should be fine; unless there are other reasons for denial, the CO won't deny for a tax return having the wrong marital status on it, especially for a country like France. Still go through with the amendment though, for tax purposes since of course you will want the IRS to have an accurate report

Hello everyone!  When we submit the pictures, should we scan two pictures next to each other (the head shot with the white background), or only one, or should we do two, one on each page?

Was just about to ask the same question, what is the format for the photos when uploading?

I know they want 2 photos.
