Hi all! I have doubts about K1's status adjustment. There seems to be some changes with Trump's recent decree. Do you know if there are any new forms as of August or September? Thanks

Am I considered as August filer?😁  Filed last July 31st then received by R MERCADO August 1 and 3 NOA's notification thru text message and email August 5 and received the 3 NOA letter last August 9... good luck to all of us

Today we have got our mailbox bursting with NOAs1, 3 for me and 3 for my son. All dated 08/09 (dox received 08/05, checks cashed 08/13). So we are officially in ;)

My AOS, EAD, and AP packages were sent on 15th Aug 2019, hopefully will be received by next Monday.

We mailed our package out on 07/30. They received it 08/06. Sent me text messages 08/06. We received the NOA 08/12. We are scheduled for biometrics 08/28. Hoping for smooth sailing!!!

I sent my package on August 8th, it was delivered on August 12th.

My bank shows USCIS charge for fees on August 16th. Received NOA by message on August 18th. Waiting also NOA delivered by physical mail, but I hope that means that is now pending and they won’t require additional information.

Package arrived today, now the waiting game begins for the text/email of NOA and the mail receipts. 😅
