Embassy Review : |
The issued of my visa was delayed because the medical results was not in the embassy the day of my interview. There is only two officially doctors in the city, then is difficult to get an medical appointment with enough time before the interview. The interview was simple and fast. |

Timeline Comments: 13You got an RFE? For what?
I'm still waiting the letter. I don't know :(
Hi, do you know why you got a RFE?
Yes, we forgot to answer one question. Part 3. 4a. And you?
Nothing. I'm going crazy. 17 days after they received the response. I am seeying others approvals day by day. Oh my good, I'm scared. We called them last Friday and the tier 3 put the query in the system.
We have an approval 29 th April. The Website is not update. I called them. Woohooooo
TeamJ on 2019-05-14 said:Awesome - the NVC already got your files?! Still waiting to hear from them...
Hello! Yes they received my case yesterday. We haven't a NVC number, but they already received the file. Did you call them?
TeamJ on 2019-05-14 said:No, I was waiting to receive confirmation (and a bill for more fees of course) but I think I will give them a call.
Ok, I think your case already should have a NVC number. Good luck
TeamJ on 2019-07-11 said:Congrats!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
