Following.

I sent my package on Jul 31, it was delivered on Aug 2.

My bank shows USCIS charge for fees this morning.

F-1 status in US since 2017, arrived earlier than my parents got their GCs (IR5 thru my sister, USC).

My mom filed I-130 in December 2018 and received NOA1, petition still pending.

Timing:

  • I-485 (AOS) + I-765 (EAD) application package sent:  July 31, 2019 (FEDEX)
  • Package delivered: August 2, 2019
  • Funds taken: August 8, 2019 (paid with a credit card)
  • NOA1: August 13, 2019
  • NOA2: August 15, 2019

My husband’s was delivered on 8/2 as well. Our bank account isn’t showing anything yet... maybe they haven’t gotten to his.

We’re doing it through RapidVisa... my husband’s tax transcript for 2018 doesn’t show all of his earnings. He moved states and changed jobs in the middle of the year so I think it might be the reason why. He did rideshare for 6 months and then started a regular job in September, and this job puts him way above the required amount but it doesn’t reflect on the 2018 transcript.

I just hope USCIS looks at the W2s and take into account the paystubs and sees that we will have no financial problem while I’m waiting for my EAD... we’re gonna add a letter to make sure they look at everything, but RapidVisa isn’t confident that it will work. 😕

We are the same dates. Hopefully they are happy with what they see and cash the checks this week because my son turns 14 on Sunday. Well, this time waiting is much easier
