Hello everyone! Just wanna know if there’s a way on speeding up the case? We filed our k1 visa and received our noa1 last april 11,2018. Up until now there’s still no response for noa2. My fiancé had recently visited me here in the Philippines from May 1- August 21,2018. And blessedly, we are having a baby. I am now 11 weeks pregnant. Our concern is, I need to go to USA before I reach 36 weeks Aog. I want to give birth in US with my fiancé. So do you have idea if there’s a way that we can speed it up? If none, until when will we wait? I will really appreciate for your response! Thank you so much and have a good day!

Have to agree with all. Pregnancy is only expeditable in limited cases such as potentially being a "risky pregnancy" but; that being said, since you are the beneficiary USCIS may find it better you remain at home and receive medical care if it was needed. Since it is avoidable, it's a tough sell to expedite solely cause of it; but you can definately try if you wish to.

Has your fiancé "been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for five years, at least two years of which were after s/he reached the age of fourteen." That is the requirement to transmit citizenship for a birth abroad, https://ph.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/citizenship-services/:

Quote

Child born out of wedlock to a U.S. Citizen father: A child born outside of the United States to a U.S. Citizen father where there is no marriage to the non-American mother is entitled to U.S. Citizenship provided the American citizen father had been physically present in the United States for the period of time as specified in previous paragraphs for children born in wedlock to one U.S. Citizen and one non-U.S. Citizen parent, either before or after November 14, 1986

Should start approving April filers within the next 1.5 weeks. With that said. There are no complications with ur petition, you should be able to be in the USA in the time frame to give birth.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Just adding the following note: "many international airlines do require medical clearance starting at 28 weeks"

One thing to consider is health insurance. Delivering a baby in the US is not cheap and a lot of insurance carriers won't add fiancee's to policies. If your plan is to marry soon after you arrive and then get added to insurance soon after that, that should work. But, that's a lot to do in a short time frame considering you don't have NOA2 yet.
