Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 0
Comments : I and My fiance left Lagos Together through Delta Airline on sunday evening and arrived JFK about 5am, a few flights probably had landed, because the waiting area at the POE was lightly filled , I and my fiance proceeded to the K1 section(gate E) where we had to stand for a few minutes before a gentleman directed us to join a line that had about 6 people which mostly were in groups(moves faster as a group) the group before us had to be taken to some sort of office for a possible extra screening , the guy on the desk had to leave his post , so we waited, just about 2 minutes later the guy came back and reopened the gate, I and my fiance proceeded and showed our passport as a couple to the gentleman by the Window , he then checked our boarding passes and only asked where we were traveling from, he then took my fiance's photograph and then went to lock the gate again and asked me to go pick our luggage and be waiting for my fiance as he took him to another office , while i waited for just about 5 minutes before i saw him coming out of the office complex , he told me he only was asked to sit and then a guy called him about 4 minutes into the waiting room and asked him just one question which was *** WHEN ARE YOU GETTING MARRIED *** he answered and the guy smiled and handed back his stamped passport and welcomed him into the united state ,

Going through immigration, the waiting time, the processes and baggage claim only took us about an hour and fifteen minutes , it was so fast and easy , even Delta airline made the trip so smooth with the direct flight and the amazing crew member friendliness

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
