I'm in Ukraine here on Valentines day and we get the news at midnight that our case was approved! Great experience to be together when we heard of our approval.  She screamed for like 10 minutes aha.... I'm sending good vibes to everyone else and hope for a speedy approval on everyone I129-f journey.

Congrats. Are NOA2 dates are very close and Both cases going to Kiev. Best of luck. Please share any secrets you find out about the Ukrainian K1 process 👍🏻👍🏻

Even with a planet between us, and the immigration process being so slow,  My Neil and I see no reason why we shouldn't go on a date for Valentine's Day!  Tonight, we shall, via Google Earth, spend a romantic evening in Tuscany! Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! ❤️

After lurking on these forums for months, and seeing everyone around my dates getting approved, I believe my sanity was quickly starting to deteriorate. I wholly convinced myself we would be receiving an RFE, and I was even getting frustrated why USCIS wouldn't just send it already, not to mention the number of other crazy scenarios playing out in my head...

 

Then today I come home, check the mail, nothing. Get on the laptop, check old website, nothing. Started eating dinner resigned that we'd have to continue the wait (and the deterioration of my sanity 🤪🙃). Then a thought, "Oh I forgot to check the new site...", CASE APPROVED!!!!

 

USCIS you sneaky bastards! Approved Feb 12th, but you just HAD TO wait until V-day so that fiancee and I could have this special moment. haha

 

To everyone still waiting stay strong! (even though I did not 😋) Your moment will arrive soon too!

I called NVC this morning at 07:00 EST and the nice lady said to be more patient and call back next week.. MY NOA2 was  4 Feb.

And it does seem to take two weeks to get to NVC.

It takes anywhere on the average 2 - 4 weeks so you are calling way to early. Give another 2 weeks then call again.  Be sure to get caught up on information while you in this stage from the January NOA2 to NVC page you belong to. First page first post. There is also a February thread also.

Congratulations! We would like to have you join us over in the February 2019 K-1 NOA2 to NVC and you can learn and share your ideas with us. Read the first post in the thread for some valuable information. We hope to see everyone over there!

Actually,  i'm just looking at Vietnamand Calif Ser Ctr and it's taking about 2 weeks to NVC, then another two weeks to Consulate in HCMC. Then Interview about 4 weeks after that. 

But who's counting !😁

My VJ timeline says NOA2 any day now, and I know that´s true, it could be any day from the next couple of months. And I tell my fiance its like we every day from now on have a chance to win the lottery  But it still it seems soo far away, and for every day it hasn´t shown up it gets just a bit harder. I´m trying not to lose my mind here, and we are only at the beginning of the normal processing frame 😅
I hope everyone who is still waiting for NOA2 is hanging in there! And hope for a quick process through NVC for all the approved ones!

Just cried yesterday and this morning but I promise I'm hanging in there!  ✌️ 😭 😁
