can i send pictures with my i-130 package?

hello guys,

 

honestly im so confused im sending my i-130 and i-485 package, i was planning to send like 48 pictures, i print each 4 on glossy paper from different dates events locations and with different people to establish a proof of a bona fide marriage

 

but the problem is when i was reading the special instructions on i-130 they state their do not include graphic photos as evidence of a relationship or marital bona fides...

 

that confused me...

Graphic photos ... as in don't send them selfies of the two or three of you having sex.

My understanding of graphic photos of marital relationship is photos in compromising positions and outfit.

 

Other than that, you can send photos of you two at various occasions, places, and with diff people.

I didn’t send any pictures, only documents. I’ve heard a lot of people say they send pictures. Maybe it helps. 

 

I still havent put my timeline on here. I filed December 5,2017. I was approved June 18,2018.

We have seen cases on here where people have sent photos of them both in the bed together. Which in my mind is crazy to say the least. 

 

 

Basically if you don't  want your mother to see the pictures then don't send them.

48 pictures is way too many. 5 to 10 pictures is enough

Just not those innaprpoate pictures then you’re good to go. 

I sent 10 pictures. I printed them out at Walmart and stick them on a A4 paper

I printed out 4 letter size pages with 4 colour photos on each sheet and wrote a note under each one describing dates/places/occasions, that included a few photos with other family members and our kids (2 his, 1 mine). I brought the originals with me to the interview, they didn't look at those, just our wedding album. The officer was intrigued as we 'eloped' and just had pictures of us, the officiant and 2 witnesses we'd never met until the ceremony

I did just like @PaddyGirl13 and printed my photos on letter size paper (2 pics on one page). It's inexpensive and saves from having those nice glossy prints thrown into a box after your case is completed. Also, I only had approx. 8 pics in my file.

Those prints are like 17 cents. Come on.


Another thing I did was I added a small letter stating we also had a wedding website and provided url for said website and videos.

The website had google analytics tracking.

 

3 weeks after submission, someone from the same city as the processing center is in accessed, ISP was weird but the OS was unix.

48 is a tad too many in my opinion - just a few should suffice. If you send that many, I doubt they will even look at every single one anyway.

 

Others have already addressed the "no graphic photos" part. The only photos we sent were a couple to show us together in the same place, both state side and in my husband's home country, and some with us together with friends/family.

they do want to see visual proof of meeting and marriage

u can print 4 on 8 x 10 paper /label dates and names 

i sent 25 of marriage and 25 of honeymoon
