But I never stated we met online in Q54.  Is that probably still why you think?  Just that I only answered the date we met in Manila and how long we were together?

Yeah, my comments are not fully clear/helpful.  I was just trying to link your question to a similiar RFE issue posted by  another user.  I think it was @WillieT1986  .  But I defer to GreenBaum's much more informed answers.

first met late 2016, met 13 more times since. Filed i-129 Apr 14th. NOA2 dated Oct 11th.

Like everybody said, it has been taking 6-8 months to get a NOA2. You just need to be patient.

I know they are a little backup, it took me about 6.5 months to get a response that they took action on my case. I would say if you do not hear anything by end of October call. They may tell you that you will have to call back but at least you will get a little more clarification when you should hear something.

Good Luck

Yeah. I had posted about it and shared my RFE on it. @Cmptrsdeal if you go back a few pages you can see where I posted my RFE and what not.  It is on page 13 and should be very last post. Also, believe this link will take you straight to it as well:

I texted my attorney and luckily they do the RFE for free and I just pay the shipping so I have a meeting with him tomorrow at Noon U.S. Eastern Time. Hoping he can help me resolve my RFE and I can mail it out tomorrow afternoon as well. I would love to have a response back from USCIS by the time I leave for Vietnam on November 12th when I go visit her so I can give her some more news in Person or beforehand and help her start paperwork while I am over there with her.

Day #204 and I just checked the new website and it sent me to a dashboard. Up until this morning, it said,

Your case was received.  It's a totally new screen.  Has anyone else seen this today or is it a change in status?

Soooo happy we  finally  got our RFE letter. Well, it was my mistake I didn't send anything about the website where we met: Skout. I didn't because I read here in VJ some people met on Skout , says is free and it was enough but it wasn't our case.  We answered NO to the question 55 where it asks about if that website is a IMB because is free not but we didn't provide nonthing regarding Skout. My question is: Must I print only the TOS for that website and that's all? Or I need to send something more about the website Skout. Grateful for your answers!
