Moroccan husband joining a US pregnant wife!

Hello everyone, I’m a Moroccan married to US wife and already we did apply for a K3 visa on early November 2017 that I can join my wife, we discovered on late November that she is pregnant and she is now 3 months of pregnancy. I’m asking if there is any exception or a path we should follow in order to faster the process as my wife now getting enable to work and needs my support physically and financially.

No there is no expedite or special pregnancy visa.  

 

Also k3 is no longer processed so I guess you applied for cr1.

There is no exception for pregnancy.  But you can try.  Your K-3 will likely be converted to a CR-1, by the way.

Nope, that won’t work. It will be CR/IR and that takes 12-14 months these days. 

Unless you already have a tourist visa, high probability you won’t be in the States for birth.

The K3 is still process but in VERY LIMITED amounts. I looked at it about a month ago for last year and there was only 120 of them given out for the whole world.

Alright! Yeah I think it’s the CR1. It’s her who applied from there as the Morocco uS consulate didn’t contact me yet. I got really frustrated now as she is not alright there alone with no support no family... and now she can’t work regularly.

If it was that easy, all the couples would  be getting pregnant in order to expedite the long process.

No exceptions to this rule at all. Your K3 will be more than likely converted to the CR1 and be processed in about 12 months hopefully from November 2017. The best you can hope for is a tourist visa to in order to be there for the birth of your child.

  Woman can work right up to birth.   And pregnancy is a preventable illness so there is no reason to expedite a petition.

OMG! They could convert K3 you said to CR1 ??? I won’t tell her that though. I should try a tourist visa to assist her during the birth which will be for July. Otherwise you don’t think they may contact me before the birth if I try to let them know ?

As others have already stated, there is no expedite for pregnancy. You're looking at a 12-14 month wait for the CR1 visa to process (since as already stated, most K3s are converted to this).

 

You can try to apply for a tourist visa, but unless you have very strong ties to Morocco (stable job, owning property, ect), it will be difficult to convince the CO that you will return to Morocco, especially if you have a USC wife and child. But it's still worth applying for it if you are determined.

The chances of you being the US for the birth are virtually zero.  If your wife needs help, perhaps you could wire her money to support her.
