That has nothing to do with ROM. Personal advice don't date married women, especially in countries where it can land you in prison.

No idea where that is, but with a name like that it sounds expensive.

She can't just report you and get you deported. If you entered the marriage in good faith there shouldn't be evidence to even give to USCIS. Having a vasectomy without telling her is pretty crazy, but it's not illegal or a violation to USCIS.

I'd recommend getting out of the house. It sounds like a bad situation that may get worse, especially if she's making threats.

Not an issue at all. They won't ask. She's entering on a k1, you're expected to pay for her since she can't work yet.

We went k1 route. Looking back CR1 is better. The adjustment part is stressful and expensive. With the way timelines are now I don't see many reasons to choose k1 over CR1. Remember some wait a very long time for the green card after AOS (adjustment of Status) which means they can't work and the "clock" isn't ticking if you wanted to get citizenship which takes 3 years after receiving the green card.

I'm from Montana, which has one of the fastest processing times and I still wish we had gone CR1. Hope this helped!

You can't gain citizenship through marriage since your spouse passed. Also, don't tell people they can't post that's against the terms of visa journey. Are you sure it was negligence? If so, get yourself a lawyer.

What did you include in your original packet? Did you have photos? You need airline tickets, passport stamps help, pictures together, pictures with family, call logs, fb logs any evidence you can possibly get helps.

I stayed in the Philippines 6 months you need to slow down. You need to realize that some people use us for greencards, I'm not saying this is the case, but be cautious.

After my wife's AOS interview we had to wait 3 months. Because her port of entry lost her file. Not our fault at all and still had to wait. Sometimes it happens. In the end we got approved though.

Just try to be patient and hang in there.

One big problem. She must meet residency requirements (usually) to be able to divorce. You aren't a resident if you're on a tourist visa. So, it might not work. Some states may not have residency requirements for divorce, but I believe most do. I'd check into your state laws on that. Also, if you two are dating then her getting a tourist visa might be a bit harder as they might think she has immigrant intent especially if they ask about what her plans are. She'd have to disclose she wants to get a divorce in the United States from her Philippine husband and that's a pretty big red flag for overstaying.

You definitely need to take more time. You're financially responsible for the women that make it to the USA and now you want to sponsor more.

My wife is from the Philippines and I spent almost 6 months in the Philippines before sponsoring her. Then after I returned I waited a few more to see how our emotions were. Be sensible about it. She's also older than me by a few months.

That's what I figured. Heck my wife's family has property they want to sell and the price is way too high. Because each sibling wants a piece of money. I tried explaining that's not how pricing works, but it didn't sink in.

I don't see it raising red flags...as OP said he would be joining her during pregnancy---natural assumption is he couldn't go with her immediately due to work obligations.

You're making this way too complicated. Get the SSN as soon as you can. Get married then get one in the married name when you get EAD or the green card. Otherwise, you risk not being able to get a bank account or getting added to health insurance. (not required for health insurance, but most employers don't actually know that and its easier if you just have it.)

Print off the SSN eligibility page as well. In case you get an employee who doesn't think k1s should get them. When my wife got hers the guy knew exactly what to do. He actually said it's way better to get it before you get married and said way to be prepared.
