If it was this easy to bring a relative to the US, then everyone would be doing it.

 

For an F-1 student visa in a master program in computer graphics, she will need to show she has the full cost of tuition and living expenses BEFORE she can qualify for the the visa. 

Counting on ROTC and the National Guard to pay her way will not cut it.  You can't count on money she might or might not get in the future.  As Cuba Gooding Jr. said, "Show me the money."  No money, no visa. 

A spouse? Really?  That's just using a non-immigrant visa to come to the US to marry and immigrate, the consular officer will quickly deny her F-1 student visa. 

 

An employment visa for a her is slim to none.  Her type of work can be done remotely.  

If she can't wait for her sister to sponsor her, then she needs to find a US resident or citizen who will marry her and bring her to the US.

Surely this entire post will be soon locked for violation of ToS; however...

 

Assuming she meets her partner within the first month of being in the US, immediately marries them and applies for AOS: her PR will still take up to 2 years in current covid environment (aka extended wait times by USCIS). After that - she'll have to wait for 3 years to apply for her citizenship which can also take up to 1 year to receive. So that's a (potential) total of 6 years just to become a citizen.

Sheesh dude apart from your totally mercenary approach to all of this, you're really putting the cart before the horse. She needs to actually get here on a valid visa first. Not going to happen the way you suggest. And why are you so keen to see her in some kind of subservient position, either as nanny/housekeeper to you or reliant on a spouse for the sole goal of citizenship? If she is as smart and able as you say let her get a work visa, come here on a decent job, earn her own keep on a decent salary without having to rely on anyone else, and if she happens to meet a potential spouse, then to choose one for the right reasons. I've seen some doozy threads on VJ but wow.

Looks like OP is finding all kinds of ways to go around the system. If your wife wants to sponsor her sister, she can. Your SIL can also find an employer to work for in the US who is willing to sponsor her visa. Good luck.

you guys are the creeps. I'm just searching for the fastest way to get her here. My step daughter really wants her auntie to come with her and the family in phills is really hurting, do to the virus having shut down all of their jobs. and no, she does NOT have to be a citizen to join the N guard and go ROTC.  We already checked that out for my wife.
