We have joint sponsors. We do have some age different and not the same religion

Having a joint sponsor may help the lack of current income....however, it may or may not overcome the public charge obstacle.  How much age difference?  How did you meet?

Some other things that may be helpful is how many times have you guys met in person? And is your family accepting of her and her religion (I am going to assume you are muslim but please correct me if I am wrong) and that she has been married previously and has kids from previous marriage? Have you also met her children?

I would anticipate a great deal of scrutiny during your interview.  I see several red flags which Consulate Officers at  Islamabad sometimes address.

 

Quick marriage after USC divorce

High fraud country

Age difference

Different religions

USC spouse  receiving public benefits

Yeah came to visit me couple time and the second time she got pregnant so she couldn’t come here again. Yeah my family love her so much they accept her and her religious. Apparently in islam you can get marry with christian woman but I’m not very religious person.

It’s not so much a question of how soon they married after the divorce in terms of legality but whether the relationship was started whilst she was still married to someone else. Ordinarily that’s not an issue - people have affairs all the time. But when dealing with a marriage-based immigration benefit, it certainly raises more than an eyebrow. 
 

The timeline also leads me to believe they married on the first visit. The marriage ceremony itself seems to have been not without its quirks - they opted for a small ceremony because the bride “didn’t feel comfortable with people seeing her get married”.

Agree.  This case appears to have quite a number of red flags........and we know how many of those cases in Pakistan end up.......costing a lot of money and years to resolve.

Why would it cost me money and years? Our marriage is based on real and we have one new born baby together.

Your case has some significant red flags, and even if it didn't, males from Pakistan have historically received a lot of scrutiny - months to years of Administrative Processing. Add an age difference, a quick marriage, different religions, different cultures, meeting online, previous marriage and children, being on welfare, few in-person meetings, potentially marrying in secret during your first meeting... more red flags than a Communist parade.

 

Again, baby is irrelevant, just means you had sex. Congrats.

Because sometimes cases with multiple red flags are returned to USCIS by the Consulate Officer.  That would require you and your wife to rebut the Notice Of Intent to Deny.  That takes many months.  An attorney, if retained,  would likely charge thousands of dollars.    I am not saying this will happen in your case, but it very possible.  Just be prepared for a long, uphill journey.
