I was reading about how Trump has stop people from other countries from coming into the USA. If elected again he will make sure that people will not be able to unite with the children or husband etc. I have applied for i130 . I am just wondering what will happen if I have already applied and he is re-elected?

You are posting in a spouse visa for spouse of US Citizen forum.  President Trump has not proposed any changes that would impact the immigration of a spouse of any US Citizen.

The USC just applied in July 2020 so you have a long way to go

you should add your country to profile for further questions you may have and look to your specific embassy for most answers although outright basic immigration info can come from any of us

 

It is best not to speculate about the future as no one here can answer those questions 

but the administration can not change immigration law/  the Congress creates the laws

Well my Brother could visit but being from the UK he would have to go somewhere else for 2 weeks, like Mexico so decided not worth the hassle.

This is posted by a lawyer who wants your money. Look at the official government websites for the rules on who can and cannot come, not a lawyer who wants to scare you into needing their (expensive) services.

Nothing to do with Brexit, we have never been part of Schengen. Brexit still has not happened.
