Hi guys, I just received the rescheduled appointment notice for biometrics in Detroit on 14th Aug (which also includes an Applicant Information Worksheet this time), my original appointment was on the 31st March and it worried me a lot that I haven't heard anything till today.  

 

FYI. my NOA1 was 15th March and my I485 is marriage based. 

 

thanks everyone here for sharing all the information and I appreciate it alot during the waiting!!hope you all hear the good news soon!

Also got Biometric appointment (for 08/14) in the mail. Apparently, mail came in on Friday (according to informed delivery). Just checked after seeing @David_Norway’s post about getting his.

Yes, initial biometrics. ASC is in Boston, reopened on 07/13 I believe.

USPS Informed Delivery is bringing 2 letters from DHS.  I can see part of the first letter.

 

The first is dated 7/27/2020 and I see page 1 of 2 and "We have approved your application for employment authorization and advanced (parole).

 

The second is dated 7/27/2020 and I see page 1 of 1.

 

Thoughts?

Sounds like they have approved both your AP & EAD. I received two letters on Saturday, exactly the same as you described. The EAD one mentioned both EAD & AP (2 pages) and the AP one was just for the AP (1 page).

 

The wait for a biometric appointment continues...
