I wont get approved, instead I will get RFE.

If you get an RFE then chances are you are approved but for the information they are asking for. There is nothing scary about this process. Just about everyone gets their K-1 approved and with you being from the PI your interviewing at one of the most lenient embassies. Just give them what they ask, and you will be find.

It says on my VJ timeline that my application is past due and to call USCIS to check status. Is this even possible to call and check? Has anyone done it? I’m at 154 days... no NOA2 and no RFE 😓

It takes 5-7 months from NOA1 to NOA2. I wouldn’t call till after the seven month mark.
I’m at 160 days since NOA1 with no RFE or NOA2 yet. It just takes time.

No one can say for sure, but I'd bet that there is enough information already in her personnel file that a concise review should provide the answers that USCIS is looking for. We don't know with any certainty how long it will take. Keep your expectations low and when the approval does arrive you will be filled with joy. Good luck and stay engaged.

funny enough we got an RFE last week. my fiancé used her diplomatic passport which is valid for 5 years as a proof of US citizenship and they send up RFE refusing the passport and asking for another proof of citizenship. they only accept 10 years valid passports for citizens over 18 years old . our RFE was received yesterday so now we just waiting for their decision :)

Select I-129F and CSC, then it'll show the method for contacting.  Note, that's for once you're outside USCIS's normal processing times.  Right now, it says to contact them if you filed before December 29th...

Everything is slowly progressing. Yours has not finished being adjudicated. There is nothing you can do. They will decide and send you that decision once it's been made. Calling is doing nothing because you are still within the USCIS timeline. VJ timeline is not accurate because many do not return to complete when they reach the different mile markers.
