That applies in the quoted case as well as all K-1s.

I see people saying to keep copies of the noa1 from the i-485, but the noa1 doesn't say anything about authorized stay. It actually says the form doesn't imply any status, so why would we carry the noa1?

Because it is a receipt for submission of the I-485, and it provides a reference number which can be queried by authorities.   The form itself does not imply status, but provides evidence that someone has applied for status.

I am helping prepare the forms now and I must admit it is a bit more complicated than I expected..... I wanted to get the forms in by Friday, because her daughter turns 14 on Sunday (I would save $390.00 ). I don't think this is going to happen.  I am doing it for a K1 & K2. I am a bit confused and overwhelmed 😩

What paperwork are you still missing? Most of the documents  required are just copies of stuff we already had prepared for K1.
