Filing multiple K1 visas

Hello,

So last year I submitted a request to bring my fiance to USA. after all the process was approved and the last step was for us to set up the appointment for the interview I found out my fiance was cheating on me so I stopped the process by not doing anything meaning not completing the last step, sending my documents to my fiance and set up the medical examination nor the consular appointment. I broke up with my fiance but now I wonder if there is time I have to wait to file for someone else?

Would I be able to file a new K1 or CR1?  would the previous unfinished case would impact me?

Please help!!!

Waiver for another i129f  if within 2 years.  No restrictions if filing an i130

YMMV

You should probably withdraw your old case.  Simple letter is all.  If you file a new fiancee petition within 2 years then you need to request a multiple filer waiver

First, maybe take some time to know this "new" person before rushing into it...

As to your previous petition, you need to make sure it is officially withdrawn or canceled because it has happened to other people where it gets all the way to the embassy level even after couple years, and they find there's still an active petition in the system for someone else and messes everything up.

Also, think if you file within 2 years you have to file a waiver.... not totally sure... but think so.

CR-1 you wouldn't need anything I don't think.

@Ben&Zian trust and believe I will. I am more alert about it.

for CR-1 you dont think I need a waiver or anything like that?

Formally withdraw the previous K1 in writing to USCIS with case number and beneficiary info.

For another I-129F you need a waiver.  The instructions are online.

For a I-130 you just need to file.

You need to disclose the previous K1.

What makes you certain your next boyfriend/girlfriend will be in another country? Are you purposely seeking out foreign partners? It could look suspicious.

Are you CO who has worked at a Embassy? How do you know it would look suspicious?

I know many guys who seek out foreign partners, especially those from the Philippines

I find no basis in your comment

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

Interesting point.  Some find love where they find it.  Some find love similarly to how they shop on Amazon.

I am not sure what the VJ record is for K1's, I have seen 4 a few times and normally going back to the same well.

And if yes, what's wrong with that? For example, my previous husband was from UK. My current one is from France. And yes, I was purposely looking for an European man. No offense but American men is not my cup of tea.

I don't think it's a red flag to seek a foreign partner, it's a matter of preference. IMHO.
