I'm also in the "haven't heard back yet" boat--our package arrived at the lockbox by USPS on the 12th and they still haven't charged my card or sent anything to us. I'm very anxious because we're moving in a week and even though we've set up PO forwarding I don't want to somehow miss the reply.

I noticed the same thing. My I-485 was "received" on April 18th while all other applications (I-130/I-765/I-131) were received on April 15th. Strange since they were all sent in the same envelope. Maybe it has something to do with sending the I-485 to local field office? Who knows.

Married since 3/10/2017

Concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131

04/22/2019: Text Message and Checks cashed

05/07/2019: Sent Response to RFE

05/13/2019: Response to RFE received by USCIS

05/14/2019: Biometrics completed

I got my NOA's today , weird that the NOA's had a date of 4/15 but I received them today 4/25 , My attorney didnt file the G1145 to get text/email alerts and didn't answer my calls when I started to get into the "Panic mode". so all is well [for now]

@araxoolie I relate to you. ours was delivered on the 12th as well... but at the "S. Deaborn Street" address since we sent package via FedEx

We also still waiting as well....hopefully since there is more like us showing up here, helps make us less anxious because I was thinking it was just me, seeing some of the packages sent after us getting processed faster.

I'm sure we will all hear something soon, fingers crossed 🤞🏾

Update:

i received the rfe. And it says something about the i-864 unable to meet above poverty line status. But as far as my hubby and i know his income and irs taxes shows sufficient for the filling thats why we dont use joint sponsor. Is there any other way to clarify this to uscis? Somebody in the same boat?

You might want to provide what numbers you put on your I-864, and if your husband claims anyone else as dependent. Did you include 3 years of IRS tax transcripts? Chances are though if RFE requesting a co-sponsor, you will need a co-sponsor.

You may want to look at the March threat to see if there's any. I think I have seen people with that similar RFE there. May I ask, how did you find out about your RFE? Text, email, egov or myaccount.usicss?
