If your interview is scheduled 2 years after the date of marriage, you get the 10 year GC instead of the 2 year conditional one, so you don't have to apply for the removal of conditions.

I hope not, though people at slower field offices might not have gotten their interviews in before March 2020 and the last year or so has been crazy ...
