Which part of the affidavit do i have to answer coz some say uscis use only thx

And my A number doesnt go on all the pages is that ok

And on eligibility there iz that degree space what do i feel thx

Please use Official Adobe Acrobat reader app when doing that form, not anything else. I would use desktop version. It should automatically populate A number on all pages once you enter it in the main form, you shouldn't need to manually enter it. I am not sure what degree you are asking about, can you please put screenshot of the question.

If it says USCIS use only then do not put anything in there.

Probably the section of eligibility for the I-765, field 28.a.

If so, it must be blank, just as 28.b and 28.c. For AOS you only fill out field 27 out of the "Eligibility Category" section.

Yes, I had C9 for Question 27 on I-765. (Do they have to be as obtuse as possible with this question? We almost made a mistake putting A-6 in there.)

Hi all,

I was wondering if you can help me with my case.

My husband and I got married on 03/25. We sent our application (I-485, I-130, I-130A, I-864, I-693, I-765 and 2x G-1145, with additional documentation, photos and check) to USCIS on 04/03 via USPS to this address: PO Box 805887, Chicago, IL 60680-4120. We verified that our package was delivered on 04/04.

Today is 04/26 and we haven't heard back from USCIS (no text/ mail notifications, no check cashed, no physical NOA copy...). We have called USCIS three times or more and finally they recommended us to ask to speak to a Tier 2 Officer on Monday.

I have been reading all the cases posted here and I know there are people waiting for the NOA as well.. but it seems my case is the oldest without any notification from USCIS.
I am adjusting my status from F1 visa and this is my last quarter at University... things are going crazy for me.

Would you have any advice for my situation? I have not requested OPT because I was worried to get some sort of conflict or have my application jeopardized. Is there anyone passing through similar situation as I am?

Thanks in advance!

we are in the same boat, we mailed our package via FedEx and it was delivered and signed for on the 12th April... and since that day we haven't heard a single thing, no rejection, no texts, no emails, no letter.. no cashed Check..

....just nothing.

We emailed the lockbox email address but got not response... the auto-reply says takes them up to 30 *BUSINESS* days to respond. 😐

we also called USCIS... spoke to a tier 2 agent and she was very rude and dismissive and just told us that ".. it take up to 45 days to hear from them after sending an application and to just wait..."

Today is day 14 since FedEx delivery and we are just still anxiously waiting.... I understand the emotional roller-coaster you are going through... we are going through it too now.

Thank you  very much for sharing your case. Lets hope for the best! I will keep calling them and might consider to send a second package after completing 30-45 days since I sent my package...

They told my husband that it can take up to 30 days but that was a while ago.. If they told you 45 days, it might be because there are more applications to process 😕

I hope all of you still stuck in Lockbox limbo hear something soon. It is incredibly frustrating that they do not even answer lockbox e-mails in a timely fashion.

"Lockbox Limbo" is exactly what it is. Not a great place to be stuck in. Very little options for us to get any assistance. Lockbox email is pretty much useless, calling appears useless too.

So we just wait.......... and wait.... 🤷🏾‍♂️

Look at your K-1 in the passport. There should be a number in the red in bottom right corner of the visa. I believe that is the number they are asking for in Question 19, I-485
