What happen if things does not work out btw you and your fiancee who filled in K1 fiancee visa for you to enter the U.S.... are u allowed to marry someone else in the united state before the completion of the 3months

A k1 visa only allows him to enter the US to get married and then apply for adjustment of status (getting the green card). The K1 does not give status just the right to apply for it.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Seems like they're already approved and made it to the USA - so, not holding the queue and causing delay.

Immigration is Federal, Marriage is State, immigration status os not relevant as far as Marriage is concerned.

Exactly.......its called getting in the country under false pretences.
