    Then you will not receive an access code. Only cases that start with IOE get access codes and can access their case online and see documents, upload things, etc.

For example NY and CA would allow her to get a DL while waiting for AOS. You’ll need to research in your state’s DMV website. Banks also vary in what they allow; I’ve read that Bank of America is the most lenient.

    RFEs for I-864 are always generic. Calling to clarify will be pointless. USCIS expects you to figure out what needs correcting so you need to go through the I-864 you submitted with a fine tooth comb. Are you cutting it close to the 125% threshold even if you technically are above? What proof of current income did you submit with the initial application?

    You can apply for EAD if you want to, you will just have to pay the fee. But yes, you will have to wait until you receive your GC.

    Other than suing USCIS to force a decision, your only option is to continue waiting and submitting inquiries.

    I have uploaded the following documents accumulated in the past 7 months: - Joint property deed - joint utilities (quarterly) - joint bank account statements (quarterly) - joint credit card statements (quarterly) - joint 2023 tax return transcript - employment portal benefits I might upload more in October as we have a big trip planned. If not, I’ll definitely upload more stuff in January 2025
