    I will apply for a CR1 visa and I will submit a form for my daughter.My question is, when we obtain the visa together, can I travel before her in order to create excellent living conditions for her after that she travels to America? Will the visa remain valid and for how long? Thank you guys

    Hello I started the i130 visa process with my American wife, but I have a daughter from my deceased wife who is thirteen years old. My question is, is it better for me to go to America and then submit a new Application for my daughter, or we do the 2 application in the some time now in the i130, and does it take more time to have visa .     Hi Im from tunisia and i just get married I want to ask some questions for Visa CR1 1_ i want know, the first phase will be carried out by my wife in America by submitting an application to the U.S. Embassy. 2_Will she have an interview with the Embassy in America? Or will I have an interview in tunisia? Thank you
