  2. *** Thread moved from Progress Reports to Process & Procedures *** You might want to check out the Mexico portal, particularly the Juarez consulate information link/page: https://www.visajourney.com/portals//index.php?country=Mexico
  3. You posted your question in someone else’s thread in the US citizenship process forum. That post was split off into its own thread and moved to the correct K1 forum. To answer your original question, here’s the information from Visa Journeys portal for Spain which other users update for any pertinent information: “There was about 1 week from when the consulate received the case from NVC until "packet 3" was emailed. We also recieved a paper copy in the mail, which took two weeks. Once your paperwork is sent back, the embassy will review them and email you "permission" to move to the next step and schedule your interview - this took exactly one week from when they received our paperwork. You are then "allowed" to log into the website they provide in packet 3 to choose a courier, pay the visa fee, and schedule your appointment. When I initially logged in, the embassy showed appointments available between 2-4 weeks out” https://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Spain&cty=Madrid There is portal for every country on VJ. This update above is from 2017 so maybe there are delays in wait times but it seems you need permission from the Madrid consulate to schedule an interview. Did you receive such permission or no? If not, then you need to wait for that.
  4. Above post was split off from someone else’s thread. In the future please start your own thread to ask questions. VJ Moderation
  5. You can only change the consulate once the case moves on to NVC. You will do so through public inquiry . You can’t do it before USCIS approves the petitions and sends it to NVC.
  6. I’d like to note that this is only applicable to receipts starting with IOE (online processing or paper converted to online).
  7. They will reject the package and send it back to you.
  8. Hijack post removed. VJ Moderation
  9. Another related thread merged. Please keep ALL further questions and updates regarding moving to the Philippines here only. VJ Moderation

  11. You input your case number here: https://egov.uscis.gov
  12. To see notices? You can’t view them without the access code. there’s a process to add a case with an access code. In the profile, you would click “Add a paper based case” which prompts one to input the code.
  13. Only IOE cases receive an online access code. You might be able to chat with Emma and request a live agent. You would ask them to give you the online access code as you haven’t received one. I’ve read some posts where this was successful. This way you will be able to see USCIS notices.
  14. An unrelated post has been removed. This is a K1 visa thread which has a different process and doesn’t have a DQ date concept like spousal because K1 applicants schedule their own interviews through a consulate. Please utilize a PM function to message a particular member. VJ Moderation
