  1. @happyscrubi believe you meant to say it doesn't matter now, if its like that then that's a relief Thank you.
  2. @Allaboutwaitingnow he has his birth certificate but when will they ask for the birth certificate? because from the info i have gathered they only ask for that during the interview and with i129f they don't ask for that if i am not wrong. is it fine if i use district of birth even when forms only ask either town or city if it can't be left empty or checked n/a? idk i think i am confusing myself 😅 thanks for the response
  3. Hi, I submitted I129F packet for my fiancé Feb of this year, at the time of submission he didn't had birth certificate so for the village of birth I just put the name with spelling as I had seen before and now that he got his birth certificate, it shows different spelling of village name. So my question is how big of a problem is this? If he could explain it during the interview where birth certificate is required or how do I inform the USCIS about this? Another question is so for the future forms like DS160 and affidavit of support form, they don't have village of birth, its either city or town and we don't have city or town so what should I put for that as we have either village or district? Any response is appreciated!
