If you opt to have the shots done at the first medical you are will generally get up to 3 shots or 4 if it is flu season.
 
The panel physician is under no obligation to base the shots given on the records provided.  It is up to their judgement.

Three months is about the fastest.  Ours took 102 days in Mexico. @Jorge V was 3 months.

Just to help others - we communicated with each other via DM.    My wife was also a third country national.  It took us a week to get the visa / passport back. We got back a packet about two inches thick.   I am sure it took time for DOS to assemble it all. My wife called in after 4 days and it hadn't been issued but they confirmed it was approved.

Usually denied for not providing correct information or false information.    In your proof of relationship provide a good mix of items.
 
Are you actually trying to file a K3?  Those aren't usually approved.

Just bring a small supply with you.   My Filipino wife was able to find everything she uses either at local Asian markets or online or on Amazon.

Adoption terminates the biological parents rights with very very few exceptions.  I would be very surprised if USCIS would recognize them as your "parents".  Hopefully someone has something else to say about this.  Probably a case for an immigration attorney.
