  1. Hello everyone, happy to join this group! We submitted our I-751 package a few weeks ago and here's our timeline so far: Jan 09 – package is sent via USPS Jan 11 – package delivered Jan 17 – text from the USCIS with case number Jan 17 – cc charged Jan 19 – case status changed to “Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS”, NOA is uploaded to USCIS account with NOA date 01/19/2024 Jan 19 – biometrics reuse is uploaded to the USCIS account Our service center is TSC. I wish us all a smooth and RFE-free process, let the wait begin!
  2. Thank you! Yes, we filed in January 2022 and were adjusting from K-1 visa. Also, we didn't have RFEs. Maybe you're adjusting from another type of visa? Or maybe something wrong with the submitted documents? I unfortunately don't have an explanation why one case takes longer than another. But I've seen on the forum that you got RFE in February which could slow down the processing. If this is the case I'd compare my situation with someone who had similar RFE recently and ask them how long it took to get their interview scheduled. In any event I wish you get your interview scheduled as soon as possible and get approved right away!
