    Its absolutely impossible.

If she leaves US without the green card (12 to 15 months ) or AP (which takes about 5 to 6 months alone) then she will not have a way back to the US and you'll need to start a spouse visa process for her to be able to come back (12 to 14 months).

She cannot go to her country and do AOS from there or wait for green card or AP over there.

If you knew from a start that she'll need to go back then you screwed up big time. Should have applied for spouse visa instead of K1 visa.

Before you ask about this - you cannot deliver her AP or green card to her country. The moment she leaves US without proper documents her AOS will be canceled.

Much easier to get your own account - they cost nothing. In all my years here I’ve noticed that those with the most complicated immigration journeys are the most likely to share accounts/post on behalf of “friends” and it makes it even more confusing.

Hello Guys... My interview was on the 14 February 2019 here in Accra ... was at the US embassy at 6:45am while my appointment time was 7:30am...Got into the embassy around 7:20am and waited for about 2hrs45 minutes and was called to the window 11 where a dark American woman ask me basic questions about my wife
What is your wife’s address  When did u get married  Have u married before  Have your wife been married before  Do your wife has kids  Then she asked of my police report, medicals, BirthCert, marriage certificate, photo album, slips of receipts showing if she has sent me money before, Any call records, WhatsApp, Facebook, Skype, hangout, viber chat which I gave her everything. She also asked of my wife’s 2017 Tax Transcript which I gave to her... she asked me to go and have a seat and for about 6mins was called to window 5.
The Co was a young white American about 35 years or more but not up to 40 years.. he asked me to raise my hand and swear that I will say the truth which I said YES .. then he started with the questions:
How did u meet your wife  When did u first met your wife  After marriage has ur wife visited again... I said no ... he asked why... I told him due to medical reasons .. the Co wanted to know exactly what medical reason it was .. I told him my wife had a surgery  What work does your wife do and position  Has she been married before  Does she has kids and how many  What’s the youngest age  I did mention I met my wife through my late brother inlaw... the Co asked me what killed him... I said he was sick and passed out .. the Co insisted I tell him exactly what killed him ... I told the Co that’s my wife’s darkest side and anytime I bring this issue up she starts carrying and won’t pick my calls for a day or two... The Co asked do you have a babe with your wife .. I told him unfortunately she had a miscarriage  He asked me for how long have you been married  When did u start talking to your wife  He asked me about my co sponsor .. what he does for living, his states and if he’s married and has kids and position at work  What is the Co sponsor to me  Has my wife met my co sponsor before  What work do I do here in Ghana  Then after all these interrogations he said to me “ AM SORRY I CANT ISSUE YOU A VISA TODAY AND THAT YOUR WIFE DOESN’T MAKE ENOUGH SO U WILL BECOME A PUBLIC CHARGE” the surprise on my face and looking confused... he did not give me room to express myself so in short I told him thank you and parked my stuffs and left the embassy.... Any kindly advice on how to overcome this issue... My Attorney is so disappointed with this outcome and wifey been crying all day since ... these CO’s don’t know the genesis of how long this relationship has been but comes out with a funny decisions... Guys I need advices and measures to overcome this... Good luck to everybody with an upcoming interview and may the Good luck help us all ...

Actually, you do just show up with the affidavit.  They will take it during the pre-interview screening.  There is nowhere to files it unless the requirements are that different there.  I don't think that Jamaica will do it different than the rest of the world.  All I have ever seen from anywhere is it is hand carried to the K-1 interview.

    PS:  I hate lawyers...LOL

In my experience this should end well.  The embassy gave my fiance a 221g and requested me to come to the embassy for more proof as well.  I made arrangements and flew to Jamaica 3 weeks later.  Our interview was at 7am on a Monday morning and we were in and out of the embassy by 8am.  I truly feel if the embassy wanted to deny your visa they would have given your passport back and denied you and not make your wife waste her time to fly out.  Once I reached the embassy I realized that they really just wanted to see me and make sure this is real.  It was obvious and his visa was quickly approved and he picked it up from the embassy 2 days later so he could fly home with me.  Good luck to you!

It's an automated email saying there is no change in status. They send one every month if the online status has not updated.
Presumably your I-129F was alerady approved. My wife still gets those emails for her I-485 that was approved months ago.

My husband didn't get his social security in time either.  We will wait now until he receives his EAD,  In the meantime, I am so proud to say that he is taking a GED course and on Tuesday will be starting a course to obtain certification in refrigeration and air conditioning through a local BOCES Tech school.  The GED is FREE and they are paying 90% of his certification!!!! He will be finished right in time to receive his EAD.  I think that is a great use of this horrible wait time!!!!
