Hey can someone tell me why I got this email from uscis

ive already schedule my appointment and now waiting to do my medical then interview however I got an email this morning from USCIS stating we are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time we will notify you when your case status changes we last took action on your case on December 14,2018

It's an automated email saying there is no change in status. They send one every month if the online status has not updated.

Presumably your I-129F was alerady approved. My wife still gets those emails for her I-485 that was approved months ago.

Ok thank you yes I was approved in December got case number etc status says ready so I schedule interview and medical just waiting now

When you scheduled your medical appointment how soon after was your actual date they gave you for your medical appointment? Thank you in advance for your answer.

My wife went through Manila, which is a walk-in medical exam. There is no schedule for the medical there, so I won't be of any help on that, sorry,
