  1. I had an EAD from my Student OPT, should I include that in my new 485/765/131 application? Should I file for new EAD or renewal in this case as well
  2. Thank you for the AOS Guide. https://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos/?ct=1559778535 But when going through it I noticed some information was lacking for EAD and AP, what additional information should be attached with the EAD and AP application? Also when mailing in I-485 can I mail in EAD and AP application all at once? Early apologies if this is in the wrong section, please move.
  3. A doctor outside the us can fill out form i-693? I didnt think so
  4. my finance has the medical exam for k1 done already but did not take vaccines on the day of her medical exam, what does she need to do now (let's say DS 3025 not complete)
  5. Can the medical exam be done outside of US, like the vaccine part?
  6. 1. Can the I-693 be filled out by the physician for only vaccines? My fiance got her medical exam before her K1 interview Feb 2019, but did not take the vaccine shots (why? because she had a student visa and taken those vaccines already however she cannot find her vaccine history form anymore, and the hospital said they no longer have it...) 2. How many shots are required? 3. Is there a way for her to do the blood test to check if she has those anti bodies instead of taking (14) vaccine shots?
  7. I see that the form i-485 will expire on 6/30/2019 and my fiancee arrives on 6/25/2019 with her k-1 visa. I was planning on filling out the form before 6/30 and sending it in on 7/1. Do I need to wait for the updated one to come out on 7/1 before filling it out? https://www.uscis.gov/i-485 Another question I have are, 1.
  8. theyre all different questions, sorry im new here i thought like reddit each thread for different subject
  9. She has SSN already from college, can you work with an SSN?
  10. My finance and I want to cancel her K1 visa, she has handed in her passport already but not yet picked it up. What are the steps to cancel K1 visa, and when can I file for CR1? We're thinking of getting married in taiwan end of March. Also would having a prior K1 visa affect her CR1 application status?
  11. yes 12-14months is a very long time, but 5-6 months of doing nothing is also painful...
  12. but for 5-6months what is someone suppose to do for that long if they cant work?
  13. Does elderly mother count? Her mom is old and she needs to take care of her this year while her sister is in school.
