Should I include the 5 years tax transcripts in submitting my N400? They are only asking for my green card and marriage certificate which I already uploaded. Thanks..

No its not required during filing. you can take them for interview.

We just uploaded them (three years)

 

They never came up in the interview, but they do ask for them eventually.

 

We uploaded a lot more than just a green card and marriage cert.  We uploaded all the evidence listed at the bottom of the instructions.

 

So:  The interview was test, english, approval, about 20 minutes.

Took the oath in December.  Already have a shiny new passport, drivers license, voter registration card.  Interview was November just before Thanksgiving.

Did the same. If they’re going to ask for everything anyway, then why not let them have it before they ask. Might make the interview go faster, maybe, maybe not.

I included 5 years of tax transcripts and the topic didn’t come up in my interview.  Because I included 5 years of tax transcripts in my N-400

Front-loading supporting documents is always a good thing. Try to build a solid case from the beginning to make it easy on you later.

Go ahead and upload your tax returns for the last five years
