I’ll just cut to the chase, because I’m running out of time.

my K-1 visa wife had left me, she has a new boyfriend and is processing the high I– 485 adjustment of status without me. I’m in the complete dark, I have no idea what service center she is going through.  I need to stop it ASAP

there is the USCIS in California, but what processing center in what state. ?

I want to withdraw the affidavit of support, and sent it to both locations.

it’s a very horrible story, but in the end she wasn’t a very good person.

~ Moved From K1 P&P to Effects of Major family changes on immigration benefits - this has to do with how current marital situation will affect AOS ~

If she wasn’t issued her GC yet, you might be able to withdraw your I-864. However, you can’t just “stop” her I-485, she’s the applicant.

Where are you in the process right now?  It would really help if you gave more details

Sounds like she does not have her Green Card? You have yet to interview?

The I 134 does not matter, the I 864 does. Most likely you will be interviewed however can not rely on that, do you not have any of the documentation?

I would contact by phone, let them know up front you don't want any information about her case (this will save the "we can't tell you anything discussion) and state you want to withdraw the I-864. Have all of her information available that you have, name, SSN, date of birth, all of it so they can look her up.

Then write a letter (send it to all the service centers if you don't know which one she is being processed at) with the above information. Again include all identifying information for her that you have so they can locate her case.

Honestly I don’t have any information at all, she’s been doing all this on her own. I didn’t even know she was going forward with it I just been busy working. I don’t even know where to begin to put a stop to this, who to contact, what state is processing the I-485.

I’ve been trying the last 2 days.

i’m really worried because I have a cognitively impaired daughter, and I don’t wanna be liable for her for 10 years.

If you haven't signed an i864 form, then you are not liable for her immigration wise. On the civil aspect, you may still owe her depending on the soon to be divorce proceeding.

She can't have done it all on her own if you were involved signing the affidavit of support. If you signed it, you were involved too, not just her.

If you didn't sign it maybe she's trying for VAWA, that doesn't affect you.

If you don't have any information at all, how do you know she's trying to adjust her status? That would be information.
