Hi. I want some help. My cr1 case is in last stage. Embassy mail me for medical and visa photos. I make an appointment for medical at the end of march and already send my visa photos to embassy. But from last week me and my wife fight so bad. Now I don't want to go US. We decided to divorce. Please tell me how I will end my visa process please.

Do not make any decision in haste.  Postpone the interview.

Many people have cancelled the visa process in the heat of an argument, reconcile, and regret their decision made in anger.

Embassy took interview last year. Now they will issue my visa and things are worst for me. My wife also don't want that I will be there with her. Therefore I think it's good for me to quit all this now.

Now it's too late dear. Just only one thing that I can do. I not tell her and I submit my medical report and pictures for visa and I go there and talk with her about everything. But I feel worry when I go there and she still behave me so rude then where I go. I am totally strange from USA. I feel worry for this only.

Lots of married couples argue, in fact I think it would be odd for a married couple to not of had at least one argument...

I’m not saying migrate now nor am I saying quit, but at least continue the process for now and do the interview, you then have another 6 months post visa issuance to work out if you want to move or not based on how the relationship is going... 6 months is a very long time and reconciliation is very possible when you’re  in love with someone.

id hate for you to quit the process in anger and realise later that you made the wrong decision and have to start the process over from the beginning...

if you still want to end it after that, simply don’t enter the country until the visa expires 6 months after issuance.

You do realise that your promoting visa fraud?. You can’t just go oh well relationships over but thanks I’ll take the green card and marry someone else... This type of thinking and behaviour is why the process is getting harder and harder for the legal migration process...

terrible attitude

No this is not visa fraud. I have in trouble therefore I came here for good advise. Please don't comment negative.

@Maria imtiaz was your argument with your spouse over the phone/internet? If yes, and before making any final decision to divorce, I advise you both to take some time, cool off, and then try to meet in person to resolve the problem. Your feelings may change when you see each other in person.

Either your spouse comes to visit you in person, or you can meet in a "neutral" third country without too many travel restrictions. Then you can make a final decision about your divorce.
