    So let me get this one straight. 1. The amazing boyfriend was coming from Australia to visit his amazing girlfriend. 2. The amazing boyfriend has another partner in the US and a WIFE back in Australia. Life is so unfair. One person has 3 partners while another person can't score a one-night stand let alone a partner to save his soul? lol.

    If the charges were dismissed, then you are good to go. Might be a delay but you will be fine. Make sure though it's in fact a dismissal and not a pre-trial diversion ( look carefully your documentation) coz that may be tricky
