That's unrelated. Today's Memo is about the April 10 Memo on both Executive Order 13768 of January 25, 2017 and the March 2020 national emergency declaration.

See above; that's totally different from the April 22 and June 22 Proclamations.

I'm sorry but you misinterpreted it ... April 10, 2020 was when he signed the memo .... pay attention to what you read ... in the text below it says: “This memo will remain in effect until it is denounced by the President. The Secretary of State, the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Secretary of Homeland Security shall, as appropriate and in accordance with the interests of the United States' foreign policy and continuing public health risks, justify it, submit a joint recommendation for such termination. The memo is still not related to the April 22 proclamation!!!

Read the April 22 Proclamation (and subsequent June extension) which is the topic of this thread. https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/proclamation-suspending-entry-immigrants-present-risk-u-s-labor-market-economic-recovery-following-covid-19-outbreak/

sorry then, i misinterpreted ... i thought this memo would encompass all the proclamations ... and I wanted to correct the other participant in the conversation who thought they would mistakenly extend until April 30th.

At the moment there has been no new extension on April 22 proclamation. There's still a full day before 2020 ends.

Thanks I hope he doesn't tune his mind towards that and be more focused on playing golf 🤣

Read this article concerning outgoing Presidents and EO's

It says this and explains how difficult it is to overturn an EO

Historically, the transition period has been notable for the flurry of EOs issued by the outgoing president.
