I think you're probably screwed.

When it comes to the immigration process, you'll need to be certain every step of the way to avoid screwing yourself and your partner over. If you're mad for whatever reason or just had a big fight, sleep on it and don't ever make a rash decision like this.

Now you may just have to start all over again. However, USCIS and/or the local embassy may scrutinize your second submission closely wondering why the cancellation with your first petition.

All the best!

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

I thought that too... I expected this response so I am not shocked by the answers.

just angry at myself but, thankfully I always been open to living in his country. So I’ll start my research on that :)

I'm sorry that you're in this predicament though.

Researching your option is great but perhaps explore your relationship further with your partner before proceeding with immigration process of any kind so soon after this cancellation. Communication is so important.

I have seen this before and they acted on the letter.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

If you sent on December 5, then try https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm

The postal service must be much better in your area than mine))))

Finally done...

Hello everyone,

I sent in a cancellation of k-1 letter to the uscis on Saturday. I was upset and obviously not thinking straight...is there a way to cancel it do I have to call customer service or am I screwed at this point :(

thanks

Unfortunately, they will have your  petition cancelled. And like some others mentioned here, refilling for the same beneficiary will make them frown upon that and scrutiny is expected to fall on you both.

I wish you a great journey, though.
