SCOTUS has better things to do than to entertain frivolous lawsuits about legally cast and counted votes.

 

If there are illegally cast or ineligible votes, with evidence of such, then Trump should most definitely knock himself out with SCOTUS.

 

Every legal vote should (and will) be counted.

In Wilmington and Washington, Mr. Biden’s advisers and allies are ramping up their conversations about who might fill critical posts, both in the West Wing and across the agencies, guided heavily by Mr. Biden’s plan to assemble what would be the most diverse cabinet in history.

The behind-the-scenes activity underscored that even as Mr. Biden publicly offered a disciplined message about counting every vote and refrained from claiming victory, he was already mapping out a quick start in office as the nation faces a worsening pandemic and a damaged economy.

Mr. Biden, who ran from Day 1 on a message of bringing the country together, is said to be interested in making a bipartisan gesture as he plans a prospective government after a divisive election whose results President Trump has tried to undermine. Obama administration officials, advisers to other 2020 Democratic presidential candidates, and even Republicans are all on board with the effort to ensure a smooth transition of power for the nominee and his running mate, Kamala Harris.

 

Ted Kaufman, the man who wrote the laws on presidential transitions as a senator and long-time Biden adviser, was appointed earlier this year to lead the team.

 

Advisers to Gautam Raghavan and other progressive lawmakers, as well as former staffers to 2020 Democratic candidates Elizabeth Warren and Pete Buttigieg are also on Biden’s team.

Bob McDonald, a former veterans affairs secretary and a Republican, belongs to the Biden transition team’s advisory board. As does Cindy McCain, the widow of late Republican senator John McCain.

That doesn't sound like it is going to help those who are waiting on current applications.

No but that's clearly who the Democrats and neocon/libertarian Republicans prioritize. 

 

As always, a slap in the face to people who respect laws and customs.

 

If I remember correctly though, Trump was a bit wishy washy on that one, going back and forth.
