Well that is really a lawyer situation.

A very long process, why is it so urgent?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

F2a is current but this sounds a bit ToS ish so perhaps we should best leave it alone.

Judging from their previous posts, it appears the urgency to seek asylum has something to do with the inability to get a fiancé visa as a LPR, adjust status on a visitor visa, or adjust status on a J1 visa. It seems OP did not like the quoted 2.5 years for a spousal visa but perhaps it's time for the OP to re-consider? Time's a ticking...

True, it went from spouse, to fiance, to student studying on J1, to here on visitor's visa, to today's post.:pop:

You keep trying to defraud immigration and you’re going to get popped for fraud deported back to Pakistan, and permanently banned

If I was an immigration officer on this website, I would be reporting this to my powers that be to investigate. @aliwaqas707 immigration officers have been known to monitor posts on this website. I would be careful if I was you, especially if you are not liking answers from members and looking for a quicker and faster way.

You have to wait in line just like everyone else. I had to wait one year from petition to US entry and I am from Canada. The process is long and you will need to exercise patience no matter what avenue you choose.
