Also in FB N400 group some people fing out by calling the USCIS and they let her know that her interview date is June 5th.

Waiting on Oath Taking Letter.

Good Evening to all.I do have a question.

Today I did recieved a minor speeding ticket.But I am going to resolve and pay all the fine instead.Buy my Question? Should I write this down on the Form on my actual Oath Taking day or not to check yes on the box.If thats the case is that even counted since I havent even received my Date of Oath Taking.My interview was done already March and passed, just the oath Date was not scheduled because of this Pandemic.Please any advise for this matter.

The best thing to do would be to wait till the day of the oath taking ceremony and take the N445 form along and explain to a USCIS officer about this traffic infraction and ask them whether they deem it to be checked as a Yes or a No in the box. This way you will know the answer right from the mouth of the authority itself and just follow what they say.

A Utah woman in a Facebook group messaged me this morning to let me know she received a letter that her interview has been rescheduled and to check her documents in a few days. I am not sure if my husband has also received an email like this, but it makes me so happy because it means our USCIS office is starting to schedule appointments again.

Yes I am in the same group on FB. 

 

Tell your husbend to check the document tab. Also one member also got new date for the Interview

Probably because they are the one who had de scheduled interview I think thats logical. If you had already scheduled interview Like me (mine was april 28th) its obviously that they will first scheduled the one whos interview was canceled due Covid 19.

I checked this morning and nothing yet, but at least I know its coming. That woman's initial interview was scheduled 10 days before my husbands, so I figure it may take a couple days to get to rescheduling ours.
